At Alassali Care, we are committed to providing a reliable and professional shopping experience.
This policy outlines our return, exchange, and cancellation procedures.
1. Makeup & Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, makeup, perfumes, and opened personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Period
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided:
– The product is unused
– In original condition
– With complete packaging
3. Failed Delivery Attempts
Delivery will be attempted three times.
If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and refunded after deducting shipping fees
4. Wrong or Damaged Products
Customers must report issues within 7 days of receipt.
Clear photos and videos with order details must be sent to customer support.
Resolution Process:
– Fully damaged product: full compensation via store voucher valid for 30 days.
– Partially damaged product: proportional compensation.
– Wrong product: replacement shipped at no extra cost after receiving the returned item.
5. Return Without Defect
If returning a non-defective product (excluding makeup): will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs.
- Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours free of charge.
After 2 hours:
– Direct cancellation is not possible
– If shipped, delivery fee will be deducted.
7. Technical Errors
Alassali Trading Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in case of pricing or system errors.
8. Cash on Delivery
If COD orders are refused after three delivery attempts, this payment method may be restricted for future orders.
9. Out-of-Stock Items
If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation, it will be canceled and refunded accordingly.
10. Shipping Fees Refund
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or unusable.
